1. Eligibility for Returns We accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. Perishable items cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations unless they were delivered in a damaged or defective condition.

2. Initiation of Returns To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 24hours of receiving your order. You can reach us via support@grocerype.com. Please provide your order number, details of the issue, and photos if applicable.

3. Return Process Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the items. Please ensure the items are returned in their original packaging and include all accessories and documentation.

4. Refund Policy Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method used during the purchase:

  • Credit Card/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited to the original card used for payment.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.

5. Refund Timelines Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned items. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your payment method and financial institution.

6. Exchanges Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Return Shipping Costs If the return is due to our error like damaged, defective, or incorrect item shipped, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, including change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
